Check script runtime

Watch the estimated duration while you write to hit a 30- or 60-second cut. It estimates the finished video's running time, not reading time, and updates as you type.

Try it yourself

In your project, open Script from the left navigation and open a script.
Find the estimated duration in the script's header at the top of the page.
Edit or cut lines and watch the estimate update.
Note that music and sound cues add no time, and dialogue and on-screen action in a scene overlap rather than add up.
