Edit, don't regenerate

When you like most of a storyboard, edit the frames that need work instead of regenerating the whole board. Every image edit is added as a new version you can switch back to, while regenerating a board rewrites all of its frames.

Try it yourself

  1. In your project, open Storyboards from the left navigation, open a board, and find the frame to fix.

  2. On the frame's image, open the Edit menu and choose Edit image. The Image Editor opens full screen.

  3. In the prompt box at the top of the left column, describe the change, for example "tighten to a close-up, warmer light."

  4. Click Generate at the bottom of the left column.

  5. Pick the version you like in the filmstrip on the right; earlier versions stay available.
